- Download the app from the App store or Google Play.
- Open the app and tap ‘Create Black ID’.
- Follow the prompts to create your account and profile. Important: When registering your Black X account, provide a phone number and email address capable of receiving text messages and emails, respectively.
- Enter 2-step verification code.
- Enter your email and password.
- Your Black X account is now activated and ready to be paired to your lock(s).
