To create your account and profile:

Download the app from the Apple or Google Play Store
(Insert QR Codes to both)
Open the app and tap ‘Create Black ID’.
Follow the prompts to create your account and profile. Important: When registering your Black X account, provide a phone number and email address capable of receiving text messages and emails, respectively.
Enter the verification code.
Your Black X account is now activated and ready to be paired to your lock(s).
